Why Our Coffee?

We transport our coffee by plane instead of by ship because to offer freshness, transportation times must be as short as possible so that the product arrives in the right conditions.
KNOWLEDGE AND TRAJECTORY
The farm where we plant our coffee is a dream of our father who ferventlywanted for many years to work the land planting coffee. His knowledge, his trajectory and the love with which he does it are the basis for having the result we have with our coffee.
Our coffee harvest is carried out 3 years after it is planted the plants and their harvesting are done manually or by hand, so that only the ripe cherries are harvested, which produces a homogeneous harvest of excellent quality, in addition we are helping Colombian coffee to remain authentic and genuine like our farmers.
PERFECT TOAST
At Celestial Colombian Coffee, we use perfect roasting curves to preserve the aroma of chocolate and caramel notes. In this way we manage to develop and exalt each and every one of the attributes of our coffee.
