Where do the beans come from?
Single farm in Belalázar, Caldas (Colombia), grown at over 1,600m altitude. We work directly with the family that runs the farm, every harvest.
Beans or ground — which should I pick?
Whole beans stay fresh longer and give the best flavor if you grind right before brewing.
Ground is convenient and ideal for drip machines, French press, or pour-over.
How long does shipping take?
