WHERE DOES THE COFFEE GET THE NOTES?

When you hear someone say that a coffee has notes of chocolate, vanilla or fruit, it is not about artificial flavorings used at the time of preparation, but about a property of the grain itself and its treatment.

The notes in the coffee are close references to aromas that we have as references in the olfactory and palate memory. the presence of these notes is due to growing conditions, such as trees and the type of soil to which the plantation belongs. Also in its roasting process, due to heat, time, roasting levels, some properties are highlighted more than others, defining part of the coffee cup profile. If there's one thing we love heavenly coffee for, it's its aroma and notes of chocolate.
